During the day they had to work in their teams to complete various missions. These included building a mini bobsleigh; creating a heat shield to protect a square of chocolate from melting in an oven and designing and making a parachute to stop an egg from breaking when dropped from a height.

The teams worked really well together, problem solving each mission and the girls all received runner up medals.
