Summer Term

Please complete the form by Monday 22nd April 2024. After this time the form will be unavailable and you will not be able to sign your child up. Please note, once the form has been completed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email please submit the form again.
Clubs will begin w/c 29th April 2024.
If your child applies for a limited places club you will only be informed if they HAVEN'T got a place. Your child will automatically have a place if the club isn't limited.
IF YOUR CHILD SIGNS UP TO A CLUB THEY WILL BE EXPECTED TO STAY FOR IT UNLESS PARENTS PHONE OR EMAIL THE OFFICE TO EXCUSE THEM.

IF YOUR CHILD MISSES 2 SESSIONS WITHOUT STAFF BEING INFORMED BY A PARENT, THEN THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THAT CLUB.

After school clubs

MONDAYBOYS FOOTBALL - Year 4, 5 & 6 with Mr Brook & Mr Bashford. Pick up from Mr Bashford's fire door at 4.20pm. PE/Football Kit, Football boots & shin pads will be needed.GIRLS FOOTBALL - Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 with Mrs Rigby. Pick up from KS2 double doors on the playground at 4.15pm. This club is limited to 20, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place. PE/Football Kits, Football boots and shin pads will be needed.GARDENING - Year 5 with Mr Cunningham. Pick up from Mr Cunningham's fire door at 4.00pm. This club is limited to 10, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place. Gardening gloves, wellies in a bag & spare socks will be needed.COLOURING - Year 1 & 2 with Mrs Walker. Pick up from KS1 double doors on the playground at 4.00pm. This club is limited to 20, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place.

TUESDAYCAPTURE THE FLAG - Year 5 & 6 with Elite Sports. Pick up from KS2 double doors on the playground at 4.15pm. This club is limited to 25, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place. PE Kit will be needed.

WEDNESDAYTRI -GOLF - Year 3 & 4 with Elite Sports. Pick up from KS2 double doors on the playground at 4.15pm. This club is limited to 16, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place. PE Kit will be needed.

THURSDAYDANCE CLUB - Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 with Mrs Truepenny-Wray. Pick up from KS2 double doors on the playground at 4.15pm. This club will be practising to take part in Boston's Got Talent competition in June.PICKLEBALL - Year 6 with Miss Taylor and Reuben. Pick up from KS2 Double doors on the playground at 4.00pm. This club is limited to 12, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place. PE Kit will be needed.

FRIDAYROUNDERS - Year 4, 5 & 6 with Mrs Nicholson & Miss Reid. Pick up from Mrs Nicholson's fire door at 4.15pm. PE Kit will be needed.

Lunch time clubs

MONDAYCHOIR - Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 with Mrs Rolfe.

TUESDAYCOMIC BOOK CLUB - Year 4 with Miss Bush-Cavell. Limited to 15, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place.

THURSDAYRECORDER - Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 with Miss Reid. This club is limited to 10, so you will only be notified if your child DOESN'T have a place.
